Playing with Tofu Burgers - the Verdict

Ok, perhaps I shouldn't call these babies Tofu Burgers.  I cooked them for 2 hours at 275 Degrees F.  Yes, I meant to cook them that long.  They turned out more like tofu-potato-rice fritters.  Yum!
