3 Cups Non-Dairy Milk
(I used 3 varieties, 1 cup of each "dream blends(cashew, hazlenut and almond)", "silk slmond original" and "silk soy vanilla")
3 Tablespoons Instant Espresso Powder
1 Tablespoon Cocoa Powder
2 Tablesoons Evaporated Cane Sugar
1/2 small bar Dark Chocolate
2 Tablespoons Vanilla Extract
1/2 teaspoon Sea Salt
1/8 teaspoon Cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon Nutmeg
Blend all ingredients in high speed blender for 4-7 minutes. Pour into ice cream maker. Serve when set.
